Drone attack on Tanker Qendil

The SBU said long-range strike drones critically damaged the sanctioned tanker Qendil in the central Mediterranean as it sailed empty toward Ust-Luga. The first admitted Ukrainian strike on a shadow-fleet vessel outside the Black Sea.
